Rastogi, a noted educationist with 35+ years of experience, was awarded SHIKSHA PADAM AWARD as recognition of her achievements in the field of education at Manthan 2023 organized by Association of Private Schools, Uttar Pradesh. In her absence, the award was received by Mrs. Kalindi Rastogi, Head of Extracurriculars and Marketing, Town Hall Group of Schools, Lucknow.

२१ मई २०२३ को एसोसिएशन ऑफ प्राइवेट स्कूल, उत्तर प्रदेश चैप्टर द्वारा मंथन २०२३ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में टाउन हॉल ग्रुप ऑफ़ स्कूल्स के संस्थापक डॉक्टर आई० डी० रस्तोगी को शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में किए गए अभूतपूर्व योगदान के लिए शिक्षा पदम पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।डॉक्टर आई० डी० रस्तोगी की उनुपस्तिथि में यह पुरस्कार श्रीमती कालिंदी रस्तोगी ने उनकी ओर से प्राप्त किया।
